4. Applying  827

Fully stirring: During the storage of 827, part of it will deposit at the bottom of the container. It must be fully stirred before applying, and it can be used only after it is evenly mixed; if the applying process take long time, it should be stirred at high speed for 3-5 minutes at intervals of 2 hours.

Dilution: This product can also be appropriately diluted by adding diluent according to the actual operation needs. It is recommended to dilute according to the amount used, and the diluted product cannot be stored for a long time.

Brushing method: No need to dilute;

Roller painting method: No need to dilute;

Dip painting method: 100 parts 827 plus about 0-50 parts diluent;

Spraying method: 100 parts 827 plus about 30-80 parts diluent.

Applying: This product can be applied by brush painting, dip painting, roller painting, spraying and other methods. The coating should be even, avoid excessive overflow.

Cover-coat use: dry film thickness 10-20μm, caustic environment resistance 20-25μm;

One-coat use: dry film thickness 15-25μm, caustic environment resistance 25-35μm;

Drying: It takes about 40-60 minutes to dry at room temperature, and forced drying can shorten the drying time.

Storing: This product should be stored in a dry and room temperature environment, avoid exposure to high humidity and high temperature environment for a long time.

Adhesive removal: Use a rag to dip in xylene solvent to remove excess adhesive overflowing around before heating and curing. Once cured, it cannot be removed by solvent.

Curing: The best bonding performance can be obtained by curing rubber and the adhesive at the same time. When the painted part is placed in the molding die, it should be quickly filled with rubber and clamped to cure. Actual cure conditions depend on compound cure conditions.

5. Notes

1. The solvent is volatile, please cover the container tightly after use.

2. The solvent vapor is harmful; the workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent long-term inhalation or long-term skin contact.
